Our hustling desk jobs can cause muscle imbalance, tight quads, hip flexors, weak stabilizer and core muscles, and underdeveloped glute muscles

Our hamstrings, quads, and hip flexors mimic sitting postures if exercises are primarily around fixed equipment. Because of the repetitive motion, they’re never fully extended. The muscles and core fatigue quickly, causing the lower back to round and the pelvis to tip forward. This affects efficiency, comfort and aerodynamics, eventually causing injury.

3 month of Dynamic routine

Introduction

We kick off by incorporating routines for restoring and mobilising hip joint beyond its current use or range.

Re-incorporation of hip mobility helps fight the demand for being seated during a major part of the day.

Unilateral Training

Our program's emphasis is on placing demands which are closer to life demands or daily tasks, hence our program puts unilateral focus on movements such as hinge, squat, lunge, pull, push and rotate.

Integration

As you enter into your peak cycle of the next 4 weeks building up from the last 8 weeks of hip and unilateral training, you experience total body mobility, core function training followed by total body strength and power.
